For several years I’ve had the pleasure of working with pastors, ministers, and ministry leaders from a wide variety of denominations, backgrounds, and, geographic locations. 

 

I am also a licensed and ordained pastor who has either led my own church or led in churches over the past 25 years.

Most leaders desire to see their ministries flourish, but the skills required to preach a message, run a worship set, or engage with youth are quite different from the skills required to run the overall organization. 

 

That requires developing the leadership skills of the leaders as well as all team members, creating a unified vision, and then executing it. 

 

All in keeping within the bounds of Scripture and according to the tenets of the leaders' faith.
